**Sponsorship Sales Manager (Events / Exhibitions)
**Location: Alexandra Road**

**Responsibilities**
Identify, strategise and prioritize sponsorship opportunities.
Develop sponsorship strategies with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis and overall strategies.
Formulate research parameters to identify industry and market trends for development of sponsorship strategies.
Curate presentations/proposals and pitch to targeted Sponsors.
Managing onboarding of new sponsors.
Lead in the negotiations of building sponsors, including the conducting of negotiations (including extension) of sponsorship agreements
Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors
Optimizing the management of Sponsor, Partner, and Vendor relationships.
Propose sponsorship performance metrics and key performance indicators.
Attend relevant exhibitions, corporate and community events and networking sessions
Positively promote the different expertise when necessary.

**Requirements**:
At least 4 - 5 years of B2B Sponsorship sales experience (B2B) / Advertising / Events
Excellent business development skill sets
Analytical skill sets and a Driven mindset.
Sales experience in Conferences, Events, Advertising, Media, Market Research
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team player - strong collaborative
