- Assist Senior Warehouse Manager to manage entire Warehouse Operations to achieve customer needs and warehouse business targets
- Manage all available resources efficiently and effectively for safe and smooth daily operations with quality accordance to safe work procedures and time schedule.
- Conduct briefing, observation, training, information sharing and dialog sessions to maintain workplace safe with hazard free and cultivate staff with safe work behaviour.
- Maintain good interaction with staff to understand their concerns. Praise them if they do good job, counsel or coach them if they have slackened and nurture teamwork among them in order to make positive contribution to workplace and operations.
- Build and maintain close business relationship with customer as key focal person to communicate, interact and meet on all matters of safety, quality, operations, system and facilities to ensure customers' expectations and requirements are met.
- Identify training needs to all staff for contributions upgrading of safety knowledge and operational skills to improve workplace and operations performance.
- Regular review of workplace processes for compliance and continuous improvement on safety, health, quality, productivity and security matters in accordance to authority, customer and company's policies, rules and regulations.
- Work with QEHSS manager to investigate, trouble-shoot, evaluate and analyse the causes & effects of all workplace incidents, establish effective countermeasures implementation and update RA for compliance.
- To undertake any other duties directed / delegated by the immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics
- Knowledge in management of warehouse operations.
- Experience in Workplace Safety, Warehouse Automation and Strategic Planning
- Vendor management and customer relations skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and team player
- Good in communication skills
- ** Willing to work in Jurong Island**
