This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. General Summary: Be responsible for managing the security operations for company. To implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment in the organization is safe for employers and visitors. Manages a staff of security guards and surveillance personnel, who are responsible for patrolling and inspecting the organization's property against theft, fire, vandalism, and terrorism. Conduct Monthly performance review with security contractor company to evaluate performance and provide feedback as well as improvement suggestions. Manage security systems including CCTV, card access, car park, alarm doors, etc. Conduct regular inspections on site to ensure the security officers follow the security requirements in the post. Review and follow up with the findings /observations compiled by the security officers during their daily operation. Conduct regular review of the car park registration process and provide yearly report to HR Maintain and regularly update CCTV and card access list and records. Review the CCTV Footage storage days to ensure the security compliance of 30 days storage is kept. To coordinate with oversea counterparts to settle security issue, problems, projects updates, etc. To be the security leader to handle all security related matters for Singapore company. Investigate any security reported incidents and determine corrective and preventive actions with responsible parties involved. Participate in Custom audits and other internal and external audits related to building security.
