**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a highly engaged, technical-savvy
**Solutions Consultant (Payments) **to provide thought leadership and drive solutioning and integration to achieve customer and partner success.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations in a pre-sales setting;
- Understand customer requirements and define solutions;
- Prepare clear and well-defined technical documentation;
- Work closely with product and development teams to drive integration and onboarding;
- Monitor products’ performance with customers’ to ensure success;
- Build on customers’ existing services and identify new opportunities;
- Contribute to the brand by being present in technical circles, driving market outreach and providing thought leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or a relevant discipline;
- At least 3 years in a similar engineering role;
- Prior experience working with customer requirements would be an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of the fintech industry, particularly in payments technology;
- Excellent follow-up and project management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to create successful partnerships.
