**The Opportunity**

MMA Offshore has an exciting opportunity for a ROV Operations Manager to join our Subsea division This role will report to General Manager - Projects & Operations.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project _
- Specification, provision and management of the supply of ROV systems, personnel and tooling in line with Project requirements (internal and 3rd party supply).
- Provide ROV functional support to Project Management for planning and execution of the project ensuring the ROV contract requirements are met.
- Develop project specific documentation for ROV operations including project procedures, task plans, mobilisation and demobilisation plans etc.
- Ensure safe and efficient ROV operations in line with and utilising MMA Offshore process and procedures.
- Provide day to day support to ROV personnel and project teams including development of ROV project documentation onshore and oversight of ROV project documentation and reporting offshore.
- Conduct offshore visits to ROV worksites as required.
- Operations _
- Management of the MMA ROV Systems to ensure assets are in an appropriate state of readiness to mobilise onto projects.
- Management of the Singapore workshop facility, including oversight of other MMA Offshore personnel and operations within the facility.
- Management of the ROV personnel pool (including personnel selection, appraisals, personnel competency and familiarisation).
- Management and operation of Planned Management System (PMS) and Repair and Maintenance (R&M).
- Management of the Business Management System for the ROV function.
- HSEQ _
- Accountable for the Safety and Quality performance of ROV projects and operations.
- Finance & Commercial _
- Develop, implement and manage yearly budget for Operational Expenditure (PMS, R&M and Sparing) and Capital Expenditure for MMA owned ROV assets.
- Provide input to and review of tenders, as requested, to develop or verify the commercial and technical aspects of the ROV equipment, personnel and operational solution proposed.
- Provide commercial feedback to tendering and business development functions as required/relevant.

**Qualifications**
- A nationally recognised qualification in electrical, electronic, hydraulic or mechanics.
- Equivalent industry experience in project engineering or project management will be considered.

**Essential Experience**
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in the offshore industry with experience in ROV services in differing regions globally.
- Managed ROV projects and operations for offshore projects and workshop facilities
- Managed ROV technical system requirements for projects and operations in regions globally.
- Managed ROV personnel pools.
- Experience with managing and maintaining PMS.
