It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make. - Job Posting Title Digital Content Analyst Sr - Job Description - The Senior Digital Content Analyst (DCA) will execute on medium - large, complex projects for digital products, collaborating with business operations, technology groups, clients, business partners, vendors, and the Project Management Office. This position will work with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs, requirements, and impacts of business changes to digital products as a result of strategic initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, client needs, and technology or operational improvements. Additionally, this role will work with leadership to define and implement best practices for content management, as well as future state planning based on new technology, compliance and regulatory guidance. - Responsibilities - Execute independently on projects or as part of a team of DCAs on med-large sized or complex projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience - Develop and execute multimedia website content updates based on stakeholder needs - Identify solutions to address content issues after go-live; make updates and conduct validation - Develop, manage and communicate current state and future state content to clients and stakeholders, maintaining alignment to changing business needs and relevance for active portfolio management - Provide expertise in understanding digital properties; collaborate with solution architects, UX/UI and delivery teams to develop content solutions that best suit current and planned future environments - Update member web pages, including text, images, links and forms, based on client requests; provide recommendations for improvement - Support web releases by packaging, deploying and testing content for projects and updates within a release - Coordinate stakeholder review and certified translation of content - Ensure website compliance via content updates to support regulatory guidelines - Other duties as assigned - Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED required - 5 years of related work experience in digital marketing, business analysis or content management - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship - Additional Qualifications - Advanced understanding of business analysis and content management concepts and methodologies - Proven ability to manage conflict and build consensus at all levels of the organization in order to drive results - Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills - Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams to achieve expected results - Ability to adapt to a fast - paced, quickly changing environment - Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in Adobe Digital Suite - 3 years of work experience supporting digital products - Work experience in the digital industry - Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, or Pharmacy experience - Knowledge and understanding of security, privacy, and Protected Health Information (PHI)/ Personally identifiable information (PII) regulations - Leadership experience - Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus - Reporting Structure - Reports to Manager, Director or Sr Director in the Marketing Department Potential pay for this position ranges from $71,700.00 - $107,300.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
