Substrate Engineer

Fragcolor is looking for highly motivated software engineers with experience in Rust and Web3 technologies, specifically Substrate. Experience with Solidity is a plus, as is a willingness to learn both of these technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure of our decentralized platform, Fragnova. This includes working on our decentralized marketplace, metaverse creation system, and programming language called Shards. You will work closely with our team of developers to ensure the smooth operation of our platform and support the creation of user-generated content (UGC) and empowering creators.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work proactively with mínimal supervision. Experience working remotely as a part of a distributed team is a must, as is a willingness to collaborate openly and inclusively with a diverse team.
It would be a plus if you have familiarity with major blockchain technologies and technical developments in the ecosystem, as well as an interest in video games as a player and/or developer. If you are interested in team culture and willing to work physically together in Singapore, that would be a bonus.
