Then come in and join our global team as **Strategic Partnerships Lead, Access to Care (AtC)** to **lead global Access to Care strategic partnerships with UN entities (WHO, World Bank, UNICEF, etc.), other governmental-related development organizations (Ex; USAID, GFZ, etc.) foundations (Ex: Gates Foundation), and relevant NGOs. Secure and maintain relationships in support of growth of a scalable and sustainable business for Siemens Healthineers (SHS).** **Your tasks and responsibilities**: **Develop, maintain, and ensure progression of key stakeholder map and stakeholder engagement plan** (in coordination with appropriate SHS entities such as Region/ Zone/ Country leadership and Government Affairs) - Coordinate SHS attendance and interactions at major related event. - Maintain regular contact personally with key leads or ensure contact occurs from SHS key relationship lead. **Raise profile of SHS in related organizations** - Seek out opportunities for SHS engagement and dialogue with identified strategic partnerships. - Align with local SHS colleagues in driving consistent messages across access points for identified strategic partnerships. - Coordinate with AtC MarComms manager to develop and distribute PR and messaging appropriate to key strategic partnerships. **Facilitate active development of opportunities with each organization to increase order volume** - Engage appropriate local sales / bus development team when ideas begin to evolve into business opportunities. **Your qualifications and experiences**: - ** Leader **with > **5 years’** experience in global med tech company, and **deep understanding of** and **ability to navigate** global healthcare funding space. - ** Expertise in the field of emerging markets,** especially with regards to the various stakeholders, needs, and market trends. - ** Experience working directly with global strategic partners and company government affairs strongly preferred.**: - ** Excellent communication skills and ability to represent SHS to all levels of stakeholders**, e.g., ministers, foundation donors, etc. - ** Globally connected** and **able to develop/ expand relationships with key strategic partners.**: - ** Able to drive progress in a measurable way including short-term goals (Ex: increased stakeholder engagement) as well as mid-term business building (new orders growth).**: - ** Acquainted to stakeholder interaction on a global base and experienced to act as intermediary**, e.g., between different cultures, countries/ regions, and Business Areas. - ** Capable of translating portfolio into a meaningful AtC offering relevant to the objectives of strategic partners.**: - ** Working Location: Geneva/ Europe/ Singapore** **Our global team**: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
