**Job Description Summary**:
Who We Are

Job Purpose

This position is based in Singapore and you will be responsible for simplifying and optimizing the supply chain processes in Greater Asia region.

Job Responsibilities
- Works with supply chain associates in Greater Asia to gather the business requirements and identify supply chain improvement opportunities
- Maps current supply chain processes and design and develop the future processes
- Implement changes to the supply chain processes and systems across the region that will improve supply chain capability and performance
- Provides guidance and training to improve supply chain associates’ skills set to deliver outstanding service and results to internal and external customers

Our Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics
- Strong knowledge in SAP APO, SD and/or MM modules
- Solid understanding in demand and supply planning with end-to-end supply chain knowledge
- Good business process mapping skills with continuous improvement experience is highly desired
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is advantageous
- Can think logically with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communications, presentation and facilitation skills
- Independent & mature working style
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
