Singapore CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES (FAR EAST) LIMITED. Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting principles and policy guideline
- Assist in preparation of half-year and full-year SGX results announcements, financial statements, and annual reports.
- Prepare consolidated annual financial statements and annual report
- Review all entities' monthly financial performance and highlight key variances
- Oversee the planning and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Lead in internal audit function and suggest process improvement.
- Responsible for statutory filing of the entities are completed on time
- Improve finance systems, workflows, processes and work with operations finance to ensure efficient and timely submission of results to the group
- Participate in discussions relating to strategic initiatives and operational models.
- Support Group overseas expansion and operations.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Accountancy Degree, ACCA or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial position with experience in group financial reporting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
