Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, andefficient teamwork are essential for this role.1. ORDER FULFILLMENT: Night Checker plays a crucial role in customer order fulfilment. They assemble and packorders based on customer requirements, making sure that the right products in terms ofquality, count and weight are included and they are packed securely to prevent damageduring transportation.2. ACCURACY IN PICKING / PACKAGING: They check that the products are being accurately labeled, weighed, and packaged accordingto company standards. This helps prevent errors in packaging that could lead to customerdissatisfaction or regulatory issues.3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: They maintain accurate inventory records by updating databases or systems with informationabout products that have been picked, packed, and delivered/shipped. This helps theCompany manage its stock levels efficiently.4. TIME MANAGEMENT Work efficiently is important to meet deadlines for order fulfillment. Night Checker need tomanage their time effectively to complete their assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.5. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: They may be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work area. This includescleaning equipment, disposing of waste properly, and keeping the workspace tidy.6. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical fitness and stamina are important for this job.7. TEAM WORK: Night Checker often collaborates with members of the production, warehouse, delivery(driver), security guardhouse and his Reporting Officer. Communication is important toensure smooth operations and to address any issues that may arise during the shift.8.
