Job Details:

- You will be responsible of Network related Project Management and supporting global business growth for all Business Units.
- Design, architect, implement and maintain all global network infrastructure, policies and procedures, governance in both on-premise and in cloud.
- Drive standardization on our network infrastructure.
- In charge of Research, conduct Proof-of-Concept, evaluate and recommend ICT initiative to upgrade network infrastructure capabilities.
- Preparing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for network projects and operations.
- Manage 1st to 3rd level network support, and function as the point of contact for all network support and change requests in the region.
- Plan, design, implement and maintain HQ data centers, cloud network, and affiliated office site network initiatives.
- Integrate regional network to external data centers and cloud operators
- Establish and maintain internal Company network routes and access (e.g. IPSEC, VPN, MPLS, SDWAN, BGP), and network security controls (e.g. firewall ACL)
- Train and mentor existing IT staff on network infrastructure.
- Work with the Information Security team to ensure that our networks are secure.

**Qualifications Required**
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CCNA at minimum
- Min. 10 years of IT network experience in end-user MNC or technical consultancy roles focusing on global network design and architecture, and network project implementations.
- Experience with working with satellite technologies (VSAT) and LAN/WAN on offshore units is a plus.
- Technically competent and proficient in LAN/WAN and wifi, IPSEC VPN, MPLS, BGP and SDWAN technologies.
- Experience working with shipyards and implementation of network infrastructure on FPSOs and vessels is a plus.
- Hands-on competency in Cisco and Meraki Routers/Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Experience working with networks on FPSOs is a plus.
- Experience with OT technology is a plus.
