Maintain up-to-date documentation on all IT related
Procurement, tracking and maintain IT inventory, contract and licenses
Project management and implementation
Vendor/service provider management of deliverable, progress and implementation
Application administrative maintenance and end-user training

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Networking & Systems Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in Server/PC user support environment
Familiar in Networking systems, firewalls, routers, switches and backup solutions
Experience with Microsoft Windows environment
Knowledge with POS & VMware would be an added advantage
Good communication skills, written and spoken
Proficiency in Chinese is required to support Chinese users
