**Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions Department, providing management support, drives and implement process enhancement and improvements, expanding and maintaining business relationships with various financial institutions. Performance oriented.

**Job responsibilities
- Expand and maintain relationships and business with domestic and foreign financial institutions.
- Drive new customer acquisition and business expansion, with a focus on marketing credit business and achieve business targets set for the assigned team.
- Promote cross-selling of all products to financial institution clients, including RMB clearing, credit services, financial markets, bonds, trade financing, and other related services. Performance oriented.
- Conduct market research specifically targeting financial institutions and implement new business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relevant business product systems and processes.
- Participate in the training and development of junior colleagues in the department, and conduct related training activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Has more than 8 years of experience in the financial industry, with good abilities in customer relationship management, marketing, and service.Possess experience in corporate or financial institution lending and credit work, with strong abilities in credit report writing and business operations.
- Has certain customer resources and the ability to independently expand financial institutions customers.
- With strong knowledge and seasoned experience in various financial products such as clearing, financial markets, capital markets, trade -finance.
- Familiar with Chinese background Financial Institutions is a strong good advantage.

Other Requirements
- Effective communication with good interpersonal, written and verbal skills in both English and Chinese language. Must have ability to write market research and excellent report in business Chinese.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, with good adaptability and ability to handle pressure.
