**About Us**

Are you an experienced Software Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring top-notch software quality? Join our dynamic Software Quality Engineering Centre of Excellence and play a pivotal role in delivering mission-critical software products that make a difference

**What Will You Do?**
- Lead the charge in establishing and managing testing procedures and frameworks that adhere to quality standards and regulations, such as ISO.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, data, and scripts to ensure our software products are of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for testing phases.
- Perform system and performance testing to ensure our software meets and exceeds expectations.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automated testing tools.
- Create and manage test data in test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Communicate test results and status updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously improve our software testing process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing new tools and techniques.

**You will be a Great Fit if you Have**:

- A strong background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly in digital services.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Selenium, Tosca, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with issue management and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and security testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
