Process Engineer

To perform new product qualification and engineering trials.
- Trouble shoot and debug process and technical issues during the engineering trial and production phase.
- To handle projects covering modifications and enhancements to manufacturing equipment as well as leading the plant improvements and reliability initiatives.
- Work with Quality department on quality improvements on technologies and products, as and when necessary.
- To develop or improve the process quality, capability, and stability to meet daily requirements and process goals.
- To ensure that products meet all requirements in terms of quality, quantity, cycle time and yield target.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- Experience in dicing, Die Attach, Flipchip, wire bond, encapsulation, testing process
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004 QEMS implementation
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
