**Job Description**:

- Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards
- Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Review and revise the current revision status
- Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
- Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
- Having experience in the LTA Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
- Willing to work in the site office.
- 6 days working day
