**Education and Qualifications**

1. Most dispatch bank jobs require Qualify rider and simple english speaking.

2. Problem-solving skills: Improve your problem-solving skills to handle emergency situations and resolve customer complaints.

3. Time management and organization: Develop strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and maintain accurate records.

4. Technical skills: Familiarize yourself with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and other technologies used in the industry.

5. Knowledge of banking operations: Understand basic banking operations and security procedures.

**Experience and Training**

1. Dispatch experience: Gain experience in a dispatch role, either through volunteering or working in a related field.

2. On-the-job training: Many dispatch banks provide on-the-job training for new hires. Be prepared to learn and adapt quickly.
