Design, Develop and implement Manufacturing Process control, Data Acquisition and OEE

System
- In charge of Wafermap conversion, validation, merging in Txt, G85, Binary format.
- Liase with Manufacturing Operation and CIM team to meet daily Production requirements
- Capability to lead discussion and problem solving to arrive solution and implementation

MSSQL & Oracle databases
- Good knowledge in Semiconductor manufacturing Process control and Automation

Solutions
- Effective presentation and communication skills

Primary Responsibility
- Establish high quality programming standards, best practices and effective development process with

proper development documentation
- Collaborate with Site FIS team to deliver Standard Factory system solution
- Work closely with Manufacturing users to support Factory System requirements
- Support FIS system 24x7 to ensure no downtime affecting production
- Discuss with Users and negotiate project priority

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements

Educational Level: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent

Other Technical/ Professional Qualification and Experience:

- Strong Programming knowledge in Microsoft development tools. Eg, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Web scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL.
- Able to support CIM system 24x7.

Years/ Type of Work Experience: skills
- 3 years of working experience in.NET programming.
- 3 year in **Semiconductor **manufacturing environment.
