**Roles & Responsibilities**

Description
Main Responsibilities
Ensure stock receiving in accurate quantity and price.
In charge to solve good discrepancy issue from multiple outlet.
Coordinates with other departments internally, on stock availability and delivery schedules and to maintain tight inventory control.
Ensure system showed latest pricing and accurate lead time provided from vendor.
Ensure on-time delivery of purchased items and services.
Processing invoice within short notice period.
Maintain the filing system of purchasing records.
Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed.
Carry out ad hoc assignment as instructed by Management.

**Requirements**:
‘N’/’O’ level, or Certificate or equivalent in Purchasing/ Materials/ Supply Chain Management
Effectively multilingual in order to liaise with Chinese speaking outlet person in charge and vendor.
Basic knowledge in Food and Non Food item.
Positive work attitude.
Good administrative and problem solving skills.
