**About the Role**:
Work collaboratively with Product, Software Development and QARA team

Design, plan, perform, drive and report manual, automation, installation, operational and performance testing to ensure that they meet requirements and specifications

Fully document test results, including any bugs/abnormalities identified in testing to enable recreation as well as any corrective/prevention actions / change controls taken to resolution

Communicate with internal stakeholders on timeline, progress, and solutions

Track QA metrics and stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies that aid continuous improvement of testing process, quality, and efficiency

Help with potential automatic metrics. Research on tools that could help with future automated testing

**Requirements**:
**Skills/Education Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Software-related training or certification such as agile testing / software testing
- At least three years of QA testing experience
- Familiar with end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Experienced in web, mobile, and API based testing. API Automation tools a plus
- Ability to reduce redundancies in testing efforts, minimize complexity, and create efficiency without compromising effectiveness
