Staff Specialist Ramp-up and Change Management

In your new role you will:

- **Represent supply chain in ramp-up and change projects **of middle to high complexity
- **Lead and moderate international and cross-functional ramp up teams **to assure timely execution of (early) ramp as requested by marketing / customers and support project management in synchronization between various milestones to meet overall timeline
- **Interface function **to development, marketing, quality management, logistics and worldwide production sites
- **Perform master data set up **according to project requirements
- **Planning, ordering and execution of sample orders **across multiple international sites
- **Act as Business Change Manager, **perform assessment of strategy and scenarios, PCN / Info Note and Customer Information Package preparation, co-ordination and implementation
- Contribute to the **standardization of ramp-up and change processes**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Supply Chai with **3-5 years **of relevant work experience in the area of **supply chain **/ **production management**:

- **Good organizational skills **and **project management **experience
- Experienced in working with **cross-functional teams **from different countries
- **Excellent, intercultural competence **and a proactive working style
