Opportunity in advanced eNVM technology development, as a MTS / SMTS in TD Integration organization.
Your Job:
The primary role of this position:
To be responsible in driving a differentiated technology (eNVM) development through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GLOBALFOUNDRIES' corporate objective to be the leader in providing feature-rich solution to customers.
The job scope would also entail deep characterization of the NVM cell/array, interaction with process modules, reliability of the NVM. Another aspect would be on roadmap and benchmarking of store charge based NVM technology cost/performance improvement, new technology evaluation (flash, MTP, OTP, etc.), industry benchmarking.
- To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
- To work with Process Engineers to develop and qualify new processes to integrate new functionalities
- Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
- To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues
- To understand and optimize design rules, generation rules based on technology and process requirement.
- Familiar with tapeout process flow and able to handle NPI independently.

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Master/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of device physics, CMOS process integration, and NVM knowledge
- Years of Experience: Minimum 7+ years as Process Integration Engineer or related areas
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
- Physical Capacity Demands
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experiences in eFlash device, eflash reliability, eflash process integration, eflash testing, will be an advantage.
- Familiar with design rules, device generation rules and product tapeout procedures.
- Experience in eflash development or new technology introduction and certification
- Experience in automotive product certifications.
- Process Flow/Runsheet Integration
- ET & Data Analysis and issue debugging
- Understanding SPC and FA techniques
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Strong yield analysis and correlation skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Can-do and good team spirit for tasks assigned.
- Demonstrate ownership of the assignment given
- Strong motivation in self-learning
- Able to work independently or as a team
