We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to expand our client base and grow our presence in the local technology and government sectors.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across private and public sectors in Singapore.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships with enterprise and government customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Pitch IT consulting and manpower solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope projects and prepare proposals.
- Respond to RFPs/tenders with high-quality submissions.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry networking events, and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in a tech company in Singapore.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Good understanding of IT services, consulting, and digital transformation offerings.
- Experience with Singapore government procurement (GeBIZ, tenders, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Independent, results-oriented, and proactive team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
