As we're growing to become the biggest and most loved brand, we are looking for**:Product Manager - Platform** **About This Role** **Why this role is unique** - You will be part of the team defining and guiding the telco OS to operate at load and scale with excellent engineers in the telco Perf&Scale domain to help expand our business in more markets. - You will be helping strategizing to build how a digital telco should design and operate for the performance and scale of millions of customer growth with best of perf and scale principles - 10X - Be part of a fast-growing organisation with ambitious plans to expand into multiple more markets and verticals, and help be the one to make it happen **What you'll do** As an **Engineering Manager - Perf & Scale**, your key objectives will be able to - Control current level of scale, performance and user experience across multiple countries - Design and implementing a scalable system architecture platform **What we are looking for** - 10+ years of experience or exposure to Performance Engineering - 5+ years hands on Software engineering skills in any structured programming language. - Curiosity to learn the tools and techniques for improving performance of distributed web services - Good knowledge of designing the high load Application involving: - Message broker(e.g. kafka, RMQ). - Databases(RDBMS and NOSQL) - Caching System - Load Balancer - Excellent knowledge in Containerization and Kubernetes. - Excellent troubleshooting skills across the full stack - Ability to link load with functional scenario failures. - Good Exposure to Cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is expected. - Strong aptitude and experience in medium to large scale web operations and web-based architectures. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing dynamic environment. - Define and maintain the performance test environment - Experience of Capacity Planning with approaches used in Projects. - Setup and maintain high volumes of test data. - Investigate the bottlenecks in performance and work with engineers to find out the corrective actions - Experience in implementing CI/CD pipeline for Performance Testing - Chaos Engineering experience will be a plus. **Good to have** - Prior experience in SRE/DevOps roles with cross-functional goals. - Experience with multi-environment structured test data setup and management. - Exposure to continuous deployment pipelines. - UI Performance Engineering - Mobile Performance Testing exposure **Interested to know more about us?** - LinkedIn | Facebook | Instagram | Twitter - "Telco start-up Circles.Life snags funding from Warburg Pincus" - "A deep-dive into how Circles.Life can become Singapore's unicorn" - Circles.Life is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
