About the Team
The Enterprise Security team is dedicated to elevating the level of cybersecurity to fully support ByteDance as well as our clients' digital journey. We aim high at building the next-generation cybersecurity. Rooted from years of practical experience in the enterprise security domain within ByteDance, the team now runs as a business. We provide a comprehensive set of security capabilities to help our clients develop a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture with simplicity and convenience. The team is agile, efficient and open. Your idea matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build and maintain general enterprise security capabilities; support and improve them well
- Lead engineers at different levels and help build a strong engineering team
- Define and clarify visions in enterprise security and balance product and goals during the work
- Play a leading role in implementing innovative enterprise security solutions and can be consistent with security practice at company-wide levels
- Close collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, including engineering, product and solution teams.

**Qualifications**:

- B.S. In Computer Science or relevant engineering / science majors
- At least 5 years of work experience in the software engineering; minimum 2 years experience of management of engineers / PMs with good performance
- Experience of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience of communication with non-technical people on highly technical knowledge
- Familiar with one or multiple coding languages
- Familiar with backend or full-stack software development
