**What You'll Do**:

- **Solve Real-World Challenges**: Troubleshoot and resolve engineering problems, implementing innovative solutions for new and existing processes.
- **Program & Innovate**: Get hands-on experience with robotic programming and system integration, in line with industry-leading standards.
- **Ensure Safety & Compliance**: Play a crucial role in conducting safety assessments and ensuring that systems meet aerospace industry regulations.
- **Track & Communicate**: Use advanced project management tools to stay on top of schedules, provide updates, and ensure key stakeholders are always in the loop.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A degree in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Manufacturing, or a related field).
- At least **3 years of experience** working with robotics and automation solutions in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
- Passion for solving complex problems and improving operational efficiency through innovative automation solutions.
