**Job Scope**:
a) Ensure HSE compliance throughout the office space.

b) Carry out daily site walks and office inspections and report all issues for repair.

c) Escort and supervise of contractors, suppliers and vendors on site work.

d) Manage and work closely with the respective vendors to ensure office is well maintained

e) Co-ordinating of workplace event and space set up

f) Collaborate with IT and AV to ensure all meeting rooms are working well.

g) Responsible for training room bookings and set-up

h) Follow up of Jira ticketing assigned and attend to their maintenance feedback and requestsh

j) Manage general adminstrative works and Support Reception, Mailroom, and security tasks as required

k) Administrative duties, ensure drawings and documents are updated.

l) Able to build a good rapport with the team and internal stakeholder

m) Perform basic hands-on handyman works such as replacement of lights, fixing minor leaks etc

n) Perform quality and completion checks for the maintenance works performed by vendors.

o) Update trackers and files assigned.

p) Other duties as assigned by the manager

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
