**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, document, test, and implement efficient UiPath workflows and automation solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Develop, configure, and test Uipath Bot ensuring adherence to security best practices and industry standards.
- Enhance existing Uipath automation processes by leveraging AI capabilities and integrating machine learning algorithms where applicable.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across various departments and provide recommendations for automation feasibility.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Uipath solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
- Provide production support, monitoring Orchestrator and Bot performance.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- .Net or other High-Level Development experience is a plus
- Familiarity with other types of automation used in areas such as CI/CD or configuration management is a plus
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, ksh, PowerShell, etc, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively under pressure and short timelines.
- Excellent client interfacing and process management skills
- Good knowledge in RPA Lifecycle Good Communication and presentation skills
