- Ensure the reception is clean and tidy on every visit. This includes wiping reception counters and seating areas, arranging reading materials, and cleaning glass doors to remove fingerprints and smudges.
- Ensure the internal building floor is clean and tidy on every visit including sweeping and mopping hard flooring and vacuuming carpeted areas section by section and spot clean as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of meeting/conference/board rooms on a section-by-section basis every visit, and spot clean as necessary. This involves wiping tables with disinfectant solution and arranging chairs.
- Keep the pantries clean and tidy on every visit. This includes wiping down pantry equipment, sweeping and mopping the floor with disinfectant, arranging chairs, and clearing trash before the end of the workday.
- Restock pantries, tea trolleys and or food drawers as required by the company.
- Empty waste receptacles and dispose of rubbish throughout the workday. This includes replacing liners with fresh ones.
- Wipe high-touch points/areas with disinfectant solution twice daily on every visit, including door handles, switches, and remote controls.
- Spot clean glass doors/partitions for fingerprints and smudges which can be safely reached from the ground without climbing any ladders. This applies to internal windows and glass partitions only.
- Wipe general cabinet tops with disinfectant solution once a week, and spot clean as necessary.
- Other cleaning duties as per the request of the client which include 1) ensure clean and wash any coffee cup or plates in basin if there is any 2) No need to take care of the plants. Just help water the plants
- Language required : Simple English
- Male or Female
Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per month
