MEP is a leading one-stop Systems Provider of Anchoring, Towing and Mooring Systems for the Marine and Offshore industry. We specialize in the customized Design Engineering and Manufacture of equipment and provide Technical Support and After-Sales Services supported by a Maintenance Program for our customers. We are also in the business of Distribution and Supply of operating products and hardware for the anchoring, towing and mooring systems.

We specialize in the Design & Engineering of Towing/Mooring Systems including winches, windlass & cranes and the Distribution of Marine Hardware including anchor chains, hoisting ropes, deck fittings & mooring ropes for the Marine and Offshore industry.

As our Distribution Business continue to grow and expand into the regional and oversea markets, we invite you to strengthen and develop our Business Development team.

**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Business Development of company’s range of Programs, Products and Services.
- Develop New Customer and Agent accounts regionally and overseas
- Maintain and develop Current Customer and Agent accounts
- Sales Visitations to customers/agents locally, regional and overseas to support company goals and achieve sales performance targets
- Conduct Marketing Presentations and Product Demo to prospective agents or directly to customers
- Conduct Training or Inspection on board vessels
- Work closely with manufacturers and technical team to provide Technical Support to the customers
- Attend and follow-up on Sales Enquiries
- Manage the preparation of Technical & Commercial Proposals
- Must be able to travel
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and an absolute goal getter.
- Should have potential to take on additional responsibility through career advancement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
