**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Understanding**:Develop a strong understanding of equity derivatives products, trading strategies, and market dynamics.
- **Technology Expertise**:Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in C++ development, trading systems, and financial markets.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Strong C++ Programming**:Extensive experience in C++ development, including experience with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17).
- **Equity Derivatives Knowledge**:Solid understanding of equity derivatives products, trading strategies, and market microstructure.
- **System Design**:Experience in designing and developing complex, high-performance trading systems.
- **Low-Latency Development**:Experience in developing low-latency, high-throughput systems for real-time trading.
- **Financial Markets**:Familiarity with financial markets, market data feeds, and exchange protocols.
- **Problem-Solving**:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- **Communication**:Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
- **Experience**:3-5 years of relevant experience in C++ development and ideally experience in the financial industry (equity derivatives preferred).
