**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Coordination: Plan and supervise daily delivery schedules, ensuring optimal route efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines.**:
**Driver Management: Lead, mentor, and support delivery drivers, promoting adherence to company protocols, safety standards, and customer service excellence.**:
**Vehicle Oversight: Manage vehicle assignments, monitor usage, and coordinate regular maintenance to ensure fleet readiness and compliance.**:
**Quality Assurance: Verify accurate packing, documentation, and loading of goods for dispatch, maintaining high standards of delivery accuracy.**:
**Issue Resolution: Monitor delivery progress, promptly address delays or customer complaints, and implement effective solutions to logístical challenges.**:
**Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive delivery records, logs, and performance reports to facilitate accountability and continuous improvement.**:
**Compliance Monitoring: Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal operational procedures.**:
**Warehouse Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to enhance dispatch accuracy and reduce turnaround times.**:
**Requirements**:
**Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.**:
**Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.**:
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse teams and interacting with customers effectively.**:
**In-depth knowledge of Singapore's road networks and traffic regulations.**:
**A valid Class 4 driving license is advantageous.**:
