**Senior Procurement Executive**

As a Senior Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process within the organization. You will be tasked with sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the company's procurement needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Coordinate the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and goals.
- Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement operations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the supply chain.
- Monitor and enforce procurement policies and procedures to maintain integrity and transparency in procurement activities.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive cost savings and value creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and motivated to continuously learning.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
