**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting physician in patient assessment, monitoring and delivering patient care at patients' homes or in the clinic
- Collecting and reporting on patient information on company communications
- Facilitating administrative processes between the company and patients including billing enquiries, payment collection and patient feedback
- Ensuring medical equipment and drugs are well-stocked and in working order
- Coordinating daily logístical tasks for delivery of medical supplies and equipment to patients
- Providing professional service to clients, patients and medical professionals
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum O-level or ITE certification
- Willing to work long shifts (10am-10pm; no overnight shift) - full-time and part-time positions available
- Meticulous, organised and tech-savvy
- Able to work independently and follow protocol
- Valid BCLS+AED certification (2-year validity) or prior healthcare experience is advantageous
