- Other- Support the Data Protection Officer in handling of data sharing request in accordance with AIC Data Sharing Framework
- To manage and review PDPA compliance related aspects throughout the organisation, with an emphasis on compliance by AIC’s partners. (includes engaging and developing suitable data sharing agreements with partners, doing process reviews etc)
- Support and manage internal divisions and AIC’s partners in their journey towards continued improvements for an enhanced governance process in managing classified information and personal identifiable data. Responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing a standardised approach for data governance compliance
- Conduct reviews and periodic audits to ensure continued adherence with Data Protection approaches
- Develop materials to support communication efforts and creation of awareness

**Job Requirements**:
Job Requirements:

- Degree (Information Science / Business Management)
- Minimally 5 years of experience handling information management and governance aspects
- Familiarity with Personal Data Protection (2012) and experienced in working within a Data Protection Office or similar would be beneficial
- Involvement in managing Data Inventory Map related initiatives for the organization
- Meticulous and conscientious
- Outgoing and works well in a team
- Good listener and quick to adapt
