Commissioning & Qualification Manager

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Commissioning & Qualification Manager to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Accountabilities:
- Manage the CQV contract- Mange the overall CQV schedule- Lead the CQV Team
Lead Quality Reviews including:
- Quality Risk Assessments- System Impact Assessments- Weekly C&Q meeting- GMP Design Reviews
Personally generate/write Quality Documents including:
- Develop C&Q strategy (have 2 smaller new projects upcoming)- C&Q Execution Plan- Doc Management Plans- URS (Quality section)- IQ, OQ protocol generation- CCR’s (understanding how to fill out and execute if necessary)
Monitor work progress, proactively identifying and rectifying problems and/or non-conformances, escalating as appropriate and providing expert input and/or recommendations to ensure all issues are appropriately addressed in a prompt manner and risks are minimised.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders which may include Managers, engineers, technicians, site supervisors and contractors, and provide mentoring, coaching and support to team members through training and feedback to encourage and develop internal capabilities and to ensure that team members are adequately resourced.
Written and verbal communication skills to facilitate decision making, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation. Competencies include; Decision Making, Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking, Technology and Process, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
