About the Team
The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
What You'll Do
- Formulate and iterate the company's global benefits strategy and philosophy.
- Lead global benefits projects, conduct in-depth research and analysis of the most cutting-edge benefits practices around the world; Drive benefits strategy, solution and execution accordingly.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders, including the management team, the business leaders and HRBPs to understand business strategies and needs, and develop and execute comprehensive benefits programs/solutions and communication strategy.
- Work closely with the rest of the P&I team members on total reward package for Bytedancers.
- Leadership and team management.
- Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of working experience, accompanied by a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, exemplified by previous experience in managing teams.
- Exemplary logical thinking capabilities, enabling swift problem identification and effective solution proposal.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- Proficiency in adapting to fast-paced environments, adept at multitasking, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
