- Assisting in warehouse material management
- Order Management including timely system maintenance and update of quantity, price and shipment details
- Preparation of reports and memos for management and Finance
- Raise claims with suppliers for incorrect products received, defective products and shortages
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in purchasing role
- Familiar with purchasing process
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Working location: Macpherson
- Working hour: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
