We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia region team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-depth analysis on monthly performance of hotels within Southeast Asia & Australasia using BI tool - TM1 and equivalents and highlight gaps for early remedial
Preparation of region’s monthly dashboards for senior management and collation of information for HQ reporting
Collation of Monthly Rolling Forecast and participate in Annual Budget Review in preparation of slides presentation to HQ
Review of approvals of Hotels in accordance with Group’s Delegation of Authority, monitoring of aging and credit risks including follow-up with entities on collection issues etc.
Communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams for collation of operational data and participate in ad-hoc projects from time-to-time
Prepare and maintain books of management companies/investment holding companies, including HQ deliverables, analysis against Budget/Last year, cashflow planning, liaising with auditors for year-end reporting deliverables and working with Tax department on transfer pricing issues and tax-related matters for compliance including preparation of GST/Corporate tax returns

**Requirements**:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years of working experience with prior Big 4 audit experience is preferred
Solid understanding of accounting principles and sound knowledge of financial reporting standards
Mature and strong team player with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Knowledge of Hotel operations and TM1 would be advantageous
