We have an exciting opportunity for someone who will be the new face of one of Singapore’s exciting start-up scenes. The suitable new hire should have a strong grounding in principles of visual communications, and understand human psychology, with some coding capabilities. Some experience in creating new brands for start-ups under a compressed time frame will be advantageous.

QUICK
We are looking for a full-time in-house designer to:

- design our branding items
- update our in-house websites
- work on our promotional videos and collaterals (decks, etc...)
- work on our social media items
- We need a well-rounded designer who has a good level in multiple specialities.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Adobe Creative Suite: proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, moderate knowledge of, and some experience with, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign and Lightroom

Vector Illustration skills are highly valued

Experience creating motion graphics

Experience creating infographics

Experience editing video

Strong experience building well-designed PowerPoint presentations

**Requirements**:
An online portfolio showing a range of projects, preferably with your contributions to each piece explained

1-3 years’ minimum work experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent graphic design work experience

Strong, conscientious work ethic

Self-starter who can work efficiently in a work-from-home format

Reliability to meet deadlines and ready to pitch in & work with a team

Demonstrated proficiency in visual composition - type, color, image and layout ability

Great understanding of social media graphics

Ability to collaborate with co-workers

Ability to good-naturedly implement changes, and consider comments/suggestions (with precision)

A good attitude toward suggestions and guidance from co-workers

Respectful/understanding of a client’s branding, and an ability to work within the brand’s style & personality

Empathy for our clients’ audiences and what moves them
