**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role is about developing the Company’s product by continuous research activities, with deep exposure to scientific data and best global practices in technology. It's a hands-on role, primarily laboratory-based, requires a good combination of strategic vision and attention to details.

**PRIMARY JOB DUTIES**
- Manage the product/system assigned (from mix design to R&D to commercialization).
- Evaluate and optimize construction materials e.g. cement, sand, supplementary contentious materials into various UHPC formulations.
- Establish and handle various laboratory tests related to concrete properties measurements (mechanical and durability testing etc.).
- Be responsible for assigned lab equipment and tools, participate in continuous laboratory improvement activities.
- Reporting, project planning, troubleshooting.
- Perform UHPC mixing and/or casting activities on-site from time to time.
- Understand and implement testing standards and participate in new in-house SOP preparation work.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A Degree of Material Science or Chemical studies / Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates with keen interest in concrete R&D
- Responsible, attentive to details, hardworking, team player, positive attitude
- Creative and curious mindset
- Fluent/business English
