**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- a. Conduct field evaluation and implementation for Wastewater Treatability Study.
- b. Research and propose improvements for process control in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
- c. Design and recommend equipment and process modifications to optimise Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
- d. Develop monitoring tools to support day-to-day plant operations and optimisation efforts.
- e. Troubleshoot on-site plant operations and implement optimization strategies to enhance productivity, reliability, and safety.
- f. Provide technical and economic evaluations of new and emerging treatment technologies for Water & Wastewater Treatment.
- g. Analyze plant data, identify optimisation opportunities and solutions to enhance plant performance.
- h. Engage with vendors to explore potential technologies and solutions for process improvements.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- a. Strong drive and enthusiasm to actively contribute to day-to-day monitoring tasks.
- b. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical information clearly, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- c. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability to new challenges and proactive in taking initiative.
- d. Comfortable working in a water and wastewater treatment plant environment.
