We are looking to hire a Health and Safety Engineer (Commissioning) to manage the current and upcoming EPC/EPCM project.

**Responsibilities**
- Site Audit for Permit to Work implementation
- Develop Emergency Plan during Commissioning activities
- Develop HSE related Checklists for each phase of commissioning ensuring all HSE aspects
- Develop Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and ensure implementation
- Experience in incident reporting & investigation and HSE statistics reports
- Experience in presenting HSE performance in meetings with commissioning teams
- Close monitoring of project commissioning activities
- Advising corrective actions for HSE issues and ensuring their implementation with commissioning team

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Health & Safety
- At least 5 years of working experience overseeing WSH compliance audit and due diligence audit
- Licensed and Registered MOM WSH Officer
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
