**THK**MC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. **THK**MC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. **THK**MC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

**Job Description**:

The **THKMC Management Associate Programme (MAP) Specialist Track** offers you the unique opportunity to embark on a rewarding journey in the Social Service Sector. This structured two-year programme is designed to shape the next generation of social work leaders, empowering you to unlock your full potential while contributing to meaningful social impact.

As a participant in the **MAP**, you will be exposed to:
**Experiential Opportunities**:

- Social Work Get experience as a social worker at the heart of our Family Services.
- Accreditation You will still be clocking in the required hours to become a Registered Social Worker (RWS).
- Onboarding & Continuous Support You will kick-off with a comprehensive onboarding programme, followed by continuous mentorship and career coaching to help you thrive.

**Qualifications**

- A good Honours degree in **Social Work** (GPA4 & above)
