**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Settle accounts with customers and vendors, ensuring payments are made or received promptly.
- Maintain organized files of invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
- Keep track of spending and maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Generate regular spending and sales reports for management review.
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering financial data, customer information, and other relevant data into the system.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide support as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administration clerk or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining databases or information systems is preferred.
