This bank is a reliable brand in their field. As one of the specialists, they are committed to strengthen their brand are now currently looking for a hands-on HR Admin Senior Officer/Assistant Manager to join their team.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle the company’s recruitment admin activities (Posting of adverts, liaising with recruiters, arrange interviews)
- Ensure proper onboarding and collection of personal documents
- Update employees’ file
- Prepare reports to the management, head office and MAS
- Maintain leave system
- Handle training admin matters
- Liaise with regulators (MOM, auditors etc.)
- Participate in HR or any other projects
- Handle other administrative matters
- Any other adhoc duties
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Admin
- Has knowledge in Singapore labour laws
- Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
