Project Manager

- This role is responsible for planning and executing CAPEX projects including all reporting requirements.**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Engineering & Control:

- Prepare Project Charter, Business Case and Capital Appropriation Request (CAR), project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement
- Develop Project Schedule, Project Cost Estimation, Project Execution Plan (e.g., construction), project turn over plan & Value Improvement Review
- Perform Project Risk Assessment and Prepare Project Initiation Documents (Business Requirements (PBR), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Project Scope Statement (PSS), new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project and provisional and final project handover
- Develop project training requirements, project document management & archiving concept, project Sourcing Strategy and define project delivery method
- Prepare Project Controlling & Execution Plans, Project HSE Strategy and perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews
- Define project risk management (safety, quality, functional, project execution) an d establish Project Change Management & manage changes
- Perform project reviews (e.g., Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability) and project monitoring & reporting (cost, schedule, risks). Create final project report and feedback project Benchmarking data, lessons learned and develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)
- Project execution, Project handover etc and Also, perform additional duties as and when required for this job scope- Vendor & Contractor Management:

- Select vendor / contractor
- Establish vendor contract- Strategy & Organizational Development:

- Support internal and external audits
- Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance)
- Own the Training Curriculum for own Job Profile- Maintenance & Calibration:

- Execute Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and define the maintenance type for each asset; assess equipment criticality (HML)
- Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets)**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:

**Minimum requirements**
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience were involved in project management for around 5 years in Biologics / Pharmaceutical or Chemical manufacturing.
- Must have experience in CAPEX Projects (small and big projects), New Product Introduction projects, technology transfer projects including the Project Controls.
- Outstanding Project Management and excellent technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to deliver safe, effective and fully compliant projects
- technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Chemical Analytics/Quality Control and equipment qualification
- Working in Pharmaceutical or biologics will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, decision-making skills, customer-focused and action-oriented
