Review onboarding requirements and revise/advise for the best options/solutions (on Tech side) for client onboarding.
- Communication with business, sales, traders, end clients, vendors regularly for client onboarding asks, follow-up and status updates
- Liaise with various parties for coordinating system setup and overseeing entire onboarding process running smoothly
- Running client testing internally and externally before promoting system/client changes to production environment
- Review priorities and maps Client Enablement capacity on a regular basis to partner with business for client onboarding asks/tweaks/projectsContribute to operational excellence space by having an open mindset to come up with better solutions for daily operations, client onboarding workflow and improve our day-to
- day live.

**Requirements**:

- Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Science discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ total work experience with at least 5 years’ client onboarding working experience in global trading community (with sound understanding of the FIX protocol), supporting high pressure/high demand and multi-tasking working environment.
- Provable track-record in the client onboarding space, with master level knowledge of customer success processes and best practices.
- Experience achieving commercial targets and/or KPIs
- The ability to articulate a complex product offering and keep up to date with the competitor landscape
- Experience using data and/or industry insight and be able to evidence where you have used this to influence customer decisions in the past.
- An ability to build rapport, influence and educate customers by using a partnership approach
- Commercial awareness and experience identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Good knowledge of, and experience with, change management processes and following Agile practices.
- Evidence of a proactive approach to mitigating risk and uncovering opportunity through active questioning and listening
- Deep organisational and project management skills for long-term, collaborative projects with institutions
- A solid background in UNIX and LINUX; experience with scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) preferred
- Good communication skills with client driven mindset with good coordination skills and showing the willingness to work with various people internally, externally for onboarding client, resolving their needs and deliver results for business growth (on Technical Space)
- Good command of spoken and written English as the day-to-day communication media is in English with most of internal business users, Tech partners, Operations partners, external client (Tech space) and various external vendors to get things done
