**Management Trainee (Integrated Planning, Supply Chain), Singapore**

**The Position**:
As part of the comprehensive training and program exposure, trainees will go through a series of on the job (OTJ) Training and Project with the following areas:

- Identify opportunity areas and recommend efficiencies at work (process simplification, automation etc) to improve agility and speed of execution.
- Perform analysis on retrieve data and reports, identifying trends thereafter developing recommendations based on information gathered.
- Gaining exposure in the Planning and Purchasing related projects including Digitalization and Automation.
- Partner effectively with cross functional teams in delivering value added initiatives to enhance service level.
- Exposure to Regional Supply Chain Planning teams, in the process to understand workflow, datasets and thereafter support on Regional consolidated reporting of KPI.
- Benchmark external best practices and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Understanding the Raw Material to Finished Goods movement, planning and ordering sequence while exposing to the use of SAP and various in-house systems.
- Learning about the various functions and operations, develop a holistic view of business, as well as understanding the inter-relations between different functions across the value chain.
- Gaining exposure and training on Industrial, Chemical Safety and other Safety systems like Management of Change, Risk Assessment, MSDS etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates from Local University or Graduates with no more than 2 years of working experience will be considered.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
- Leadership experiences is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with good attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills. Good in verbal and written presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Power Query/ Power BI, Machine Learning tools will be an advantage
